5.3 Replacing the CO
2
Carrier PCB
• Switch the Evita off.
• Remove the CO
2
Carrier PCB.
• Remove the CO
2
module (Power Supply PCB, Processor Board PCB), the SpO
2
module (if available), the connector X3, and the DC/DC converter U4 (part of the
optional SpO
2
).
•Mount the CO
2
module and the SpO
2
module (if available), the connector X3, and the
DC/DC converter U4 (part of the optional SpO
2
) on the new CO
2
Carrier PCB.
• Install the new CO
2
Carrier PCB in the Evita.
• Secure the CO
2
Carrier PCB with the screws.
• Check the Evita by following the instructions in the Evita Test Certificate.
