In the event of a gas failure
In the event of an internal power failure
CAUTION
In the event of a gas failure, proper ventilation
cannot be guaranteed. The Oxylog 3000 issues
the alarm !! Supply pressure low.
Immediately start ventilating the patient with an
independent manual ventilation device (resuscita-
tion bag) using PEEP and/or increased inspiratory
oxygen concentration where appropriate.
WARNING
In the event of an internal power failure, auto-
matic ventilation, volume measurement and
alarms do not operate!
An audible alarm announces the internal
power failure.
Spontaneous breathing can continue through
the emergency air intake.
Immediately start ventilating the patient with
an independent manual ventilation device
(resuscitation bag) using PEEP and/or
increased inspiratory oxygen concentration
where appropriate.
