IV. SERVICE AND REPAIR
A. WARNINGS
: Disconnect the power supply
to the appliance before servicing.
: Units provided with casters
have a restraint to limit the movement of the
broiler. If this restraint is disconnected during
servicing it must be reconnected after the
appliance has been returned to its original
installed position.
NOTE:Properclearancesmustbemaintainedduring
servicing.
Maintenanceistobeperformedbyqualiedservice
personnel only. Service by other than qualied
personnelmayresultindamagetothebroilerand/or
injury to the operator.
Qualied service personnel are those individuals,
rms, companies or corporations which either in
person or through an agent are engaged in and
responsible for repair or servicing of commercial
foodpreparationequipment,whoareexperienced
insuchwork,familiarwithallprecautionsrequired,
andhavecompliedwithallrequirementsofstateand
