A vent shall not terminate directly above a sidewalk or paved driveway that is
located between two single family dwellings and serves both dwellings.

CSA B149.1, clearance will be in accordance with local
installation codes and the requirements of the gas supplier
and these installation instructions.
Note: 
position must allow the free passage of air across it at all times. In certain weather conditions the terminal may emit a
plume of steam. Avoid positioning terminal where this may cause a nuisance.
