When a Document Jam Has Occurred

Troubleshooting
Loosen the two fi xing screws on the cutter section
cover.
Remove the jammed document with tweezers or
pliers.
Attach the
upper plate assy
removed in step 3 and
tighten the four fi xing screws loosened to secure it.
Attach the
cutter section cover
removed in step 5
and step 6, and tighten the two fi xing screws.
Slide the cutter section cover toward the
non-operator’s side and then remove it upward.
Close the
top cover
.
