4-1. Cross fold of standard paper
Do not put ngers inside during operation.
Keep away long hair, ties, jewelry and loose clothing.
It could cause injury.
Cross folding
The following describes the cross fold of
standard paper, taking cross single folding
shown in the gure as an example.

Single fold standard paper according to the procedure of Chapter 2 “3. Standard Folding
of Standard Paper” (p.2-4).

Press the folded line of single-folded
paper with the ngertip.
The paper feeding state will be unstable if the
folded line is not folded rmly.
