3. Transport carriage
3.1 Rear end position
Standard checking
The switch 1 determines the rear and by means of a definitely specified
path also the front end position of the transport carriage.
The switching screw 3 should be 12 mm above the fastening surface at
the transport carriage. The distance between this surface and the limit
switch should amount to 0.5 to 1 mm.
When the transport carriage has gone back so far that the switching
screw 3 stands centrically above the switch 1, there must be a distance
of 2 mm between the transport carriage 4 and the s top 5.
The fine adjustment is carried out during the feeding clamp adjustment.
On this occasion the stop has to be corrected, too.
Caution: Danger of injury !

Check and adjust the switch and the stop for the rear end position of
the transport carriage only with the sewing unit switched off.
