3. Mark the positions to drill.
4. Drill the holes in the chassis.
5. Apply rust protection to the holes.
6. Install the brackets to the chassis with
the bolts and nuts.
7. Tighten the bolts and nuts with the
standard torque settings.
8. Make sure that the hydraulic jacks are
installed vertically, and do not lean to
the inner side, the outer side, the front,
or the rear.
Install the hydraulic pump
1. Find a location for the pump where the user can get access to the emergency control with a drilling
machine.
■ The pump can be installed in one of the storage spaces in the vehicle where it is easy to put
pipes and wires through the floor.
■ The pump can be installed below the vehicle in a waterproof housing recommended by E&P
Hydraulics.
