Do you have pressure in the
High and Low pressure
gauges?
Check if the pipes are
connected correctly and tight,
and if the eventually valve to
the external tank are open
Occurs when you reach 20
bar of pressure in the circuit.
Non-condensable gas present
in the tank
Are you close to heat sources?
Get away and wait 10 min.
before continuing.
Check the parameters of the
"Pressures and Temperature"
table at the bottom of the page.
If they do not correspond to
the table, proceed with the air purge
One or both of the taps on
the internal bottle are closed.
Check and open the tap and
resume the interrupted
procedure
The number of services
performed by the station is
excessive. The machine has
been very stressed
(recoveries, voids and
repeated fills)
Allow sufficient time for the
charging station to cool down
before resuming the
interrupted procedure.
During Recovery or empty
hoses fase, the process does
not go on or not finish
(pressure remains fixed)
EV3 closed during this
process.
-Push the STOP button and in
the next message push the
ENTER button to restart the
process.
-Download and install
Software Update VS 5.02
available on AC- service 24 if
an older version is installed on
the machine.
