Occurs when the availability
of gas in the cylinder is less
than 1.36 Kg)
Proceed with a recovery phase
from car or external tank.
At the first second of charging
gas, part of this gas goes inside
the oil container or inside the
vacuum pump
EV12 opened during this process
-Order new KIT VLV1170 +
KIT014 to replace solenoid valve.
-Please contact the Technical
Support from ACS24.
Empty bottle error but there
is oil inside the container
-Fill the bottle with new oil
according to machine
specifications.
-Update sw to the last version.
Check and replace:
- if the coupling connector on the
oil bottle is obstructed
- if the transparent tube is broken,
constricted or cut
- calibrate the oil scale
Displayed before filling if the
vacuum value is greater than
400mbar.
Perform a quick suction procedure
(at least 20 minutes)
A cylinder tap can be closed
Check and open any closed
cylinder taps
You don't have enough gas to
refill. Error before start the
procedure.
Check quantity and availability of
gas in the cylinder (info menu).
Proceed with a recovery phase
from the outside (car or cylinder)
The set oil quantity is greater
than the available quantity
