clear log This command clears messages from the log buffer.
Syntax
clear log [flash | ram]
flash - Event history stored in flash memory (i.e., permanent memory).
ram - Event history stored in temporary RAM (i.e., memory flushed on
power reset).

â—† All log messages are retained in RAM and Flash after a warm restart (i.e., power
is reset through the command interface).
â—† All log messages are retained in Flash and purged from RAM after a cold restart
(i.e., power is turned off and then on through the power source).
