Heater Relay stuck open or closed, Wiring defective.

Checks to perform:

Check that all the connectors are correctly
inserted.
Measure resistance between the connectors RELAY
COM and RELAY NO terminals of the Electronic
Control Board (See Fig. 1). Is the resistance value not
“0”?

Measure the resistance between the terminals of
Heating Element. Is the resistance value between
10.39 Ω ± 3% at room temperature (20-25 °C)?

Check / Replace the wiring and check whether
problem is solved?
Replace the Electronic Control Board and repeat
the diagnostic cycle to check for any further
alarms.
Replace the Heating Element and repeat the
