Thetroubleshootingsectionisusedtotraceerrorsinthemachinetoadefectivecomponentorunit.
Thereisamemoryinthecontrolsystemthatwillsavetheselectedprogramfor10minutesinthe
caseofpowerfailure.Themachinewillrestartinpausemodeifthepoweristurnedonagainwithin
thistime.Forveryshortpowerfailure(lessthan10seconds)themachinewillrestartautomatically.
Beforeresettinganyerrorcode,alwaysverifyandcorrecttherootcausewhytheerroristrigged.

Troubleshootingmayonlybecarriedoutbyauthorisedpersonnel.
Takecareduringallworkonthemachinewhilethepowerison.
Takecarewhenmeasuringthemotorcontrolsystemsinceallcomponentshaveapotentialdifferenceof
approximately300Vinrelationtoprotectiveearthandneutral.Thecomponentswillcontaindangerous
voltageswhenthegreenLEDonthemotorcontrolboardison.Themotorcontrolsystemwillremainlivefor
30-60secondsaftercuttingthepowertothemachineandthemotorhasstoppedrunning.
