21:7LOWDCVOLTAGE
ThiserrorcodeisgeneratedbytheMCUfordrummotor.
TheMCUconstantlymeasuresthevoltageoverthemainsinput.Ifthevoltageisbelowapredened
limit,theMCUwillshutoffthecurrenttothemotor.Oncethemotorhasstopped(=thetachosensor
indicatesthatthemotorisstationary),theMCUcheckstoseewhethertheinputvoltageisstilllow.
Ifitis,thiserrorcodeisshown.Thereasonforthiserrorcodebeingactivatedcanbelowmains
voltageorthatthemachine’son/offswitchhasbeenoperatedinanunsuitablemanner.
FurtherinformationcanbeobtainedbystudyingthecontentsofMCUERRORLOG1andMCU
ERRORLOG2:
•UNDERVOLTAGE2(specieshowmanytimesthiserrorcodehasbeenactive).
•UNDERVOLTAGE1(specieshowmanytimesthevoltagehasdroppedbelowthelimit.The
differencebetweenundervoltage1andundervoltage2indicateshowmanytimestherehasbeen
anundervoltage1withoutitbeingconrmedwhenthemotorhasstopped).
•LASTFAULTCODEN/8(showsthe8latesterrorcodes)Undervoltagescanberegistered
evenduringnormaloperation.Consequently,asmallnumberofregistrationsneednotmean
thatthereisanerrorintheMCU.
Recommendedactions:
1.Checkthatthesupplyvoltageisstableandneverdropsbelownominalvoltage-10%.
2.Checkthefusesandcables.
3.CheckthesupplyvoltageinthenetworkcablingandattheMCUinthemachine.

ThiserrorcodeisgeneratedbytheMCUfordrummotor.
TheMCUconstantlymeasuresthevoltageoverthemainsinput.Ifthevoltageexceedsapredened
limit,theMCUwillshutoffthecurrenttothemotor.Oncethemotorhasstopped(=thetacho
sensorindicatesthatthemotorisstationary),theMCUcheckstoseewhethertheinputvoltage
isstillhigh.Ifitis,thiserrorcodeisshown.
Possiblecauses:
Thereasonforthiserrorcodebeingactivatedcanbehighmainsvoltage(e.g.powersurge).
FurtherinformationcanbeobtainedbystudyingthecontentsofMCUERRORLOG1andMCU
ERRORLOG2:
•OVERVOLTAGE2(specieshowmanytimesthiserrorcodehasbeenactive)
•OVERVOLTAGE1(specieshowmanytimesthevoltagelimithasbeenexceeded.Thedifference
betweenovervoltage1andovervoltage2givesthenumberoftimesovervoltage1hasoccurred
withoutitbeingconrmedwhenthemotorhasstopped).
•LASTFAULTCODEN/8(showsthe8latesterrorcodes).Overvoltageregistrationscanalso
occurifthereisabadcontactinthetachosignal.Checkalsothefollowingregisters:TACHO
ERRORLOWSPEED(numberofshorttachointerruptionsduringwashrpm).TACHOERROR
HIGHSPEED(numberofshorttachointerruptionsduringextractionrpm).
Recommendedactions:
1.CheckthetachocablesiftherearemanyregistrationsintheTACHOCUT-OUTregisters.
