Overpressure in the analysis system due to obstructed
gas paths, e.g.:
 combustion tube (inlet, glass drip)
 filter in the auto-protection assembly
 Kinked gas hoses
 Connectors/couplings clogged
 Gas inlet to measuring cell
 Adsorption tube

WARNING! Greatest caution is necessary during an
overpressure in the system! Never switch off a device
that is subject to overpressure!
 Do not introduce any samples
 Do not close multiWin
 Do not switch off basic device and module
 Do not switch off the gas supply
 Manually ventilate device via chlorine module:
Manual ventilation:
WARNING! Concentrated sulfuric acid! Wear safety
clothing.
 Detach hose connection to measuring cell.
 Detach gas transfer line from sulfuric acid
container with outlet and drain sulfuric acid.
 Detach gas transfer line from auto-protection
assembly.
After the overpressure has dissipated:
 Switch off devices, cut gas supply.
 Search for cause for overpressure and correct the
defect.
