ENVISION GLASSES ENVISIONER’S GUIDE 35
6.3.2 Using the power button
Envision Glasses Power Button
Clicking once on the power button when the glasses are unfolded will put the
device to sleep.
6.3.3 Inside Device Settings
Navigate to the ‘Device Settings’ category, then to ‘Power’ and to ‘Sleep’. This will put
your glasses to sleep if they are unfolded.
6.4 Cleaning
The Google Glass 2 is water resistant but not waterproof. The device has a water
protection rating of IPX3 under IEC standard 60529. Water resistance may be
compromised due to normal wear and tear or damage to the device. While this
means the glasses can be cleaned with wet wipes, avoid submerging the glasses in
any way. Instead, use a damp, non-abrasive cloth with mild soap, isopropyl alcohol
wipes, or any other cleaning wipes safe for human skin to gently sterilise the
surfaces of the device. Then, towel dry or air dry.
Note: If debris becomes lodged in the USB-C port, use a soft cloth and cotton swab
to gently clean it out.
