11 INSTALLATION
The Epec 4W30 measuring equipment is installed as follows:
− Protected from moist and shocks.
− The display straight towards the operator.
− Attached to the installation bracket.
− The cables to the measuring equipment are drawn along a safe
route.
− A sufficient margin must be left in the cables when coupled, so that
the plug connectors are not subject to torsion.
− Ensure that the plug connectors have been pressed to the very
bottom.
− The preselection keyboard is attached to the control lever with the
screws below in the corners.
− The safety switch (the STOP mushroom button) is placed in the ”best
place” in the cab. Plus voltage is drawn via the safety switch to the
control unit. The plus voltage can be brought to the safety switch from
the ignition lock, if its current duration is sufficient (20 A). The feed
must be protected with a 10 A fuse.
