No paper unload when Rear Paper Path used
Action:
1. Check the RTRPE Sensor (Rear Tractor Paper Empty Sensor).
2. Replace the ROM Board.
Paper not loaded or ejected
Action:
1. Perform the TOF Sensor Sensitivity Adjustment
2. Replace the TOF Sensor (part of the Card Guide Assy).
3. Check the TPE Sensor (Top Paper Empty Sensor), and its connection to Connector CNTPE on the Sensor
Board. If necessary, replace the TPE Holder Board.
4. Check all cable connections on the Sensor Board.
5. Replace the ROM Board.
Line spacing is too narrow
Action:
1. Verify that the paper is within specifications for the printer.
2. Check for obstructions in the paper path causing excessive drag
3. Check and if necessary replace the LF Motor.
4. Replace the Power Unit.
5. Replace the ROM Board.
