Getting Maintenance Information
You can get helpful information for maintenance and support of the product, such as the
cumulative number of published discs, the free space of the maintenance box for the
PP-100III/PP-100AP, and the service life of the drives for the PP-100III/PP-50II.
1. Make sure that the product is connected to the computer via the USB cable and that the
product is turned on.
2. Click Start ( ), point to All Programs, click EPSON Total Disc Maker, and then click
EPSON Total Disc Setup.
3. Select CD/DVD/BD Publisher, and then click Properties.
4. Click the Maintenance Info tab.
Note:
n Only for the PP-100III/PP-100AP: When Maintenance Box free space is close to 0%, it is time to
replace the maintenance box.
n Only for the PP-100III/PP-50II: When Service life of Drive1/Drive2 or Service life of Drive is
close to 100%, it is time to replace the drive.
n Only for the PP-PP-50II: Ink pad free space is displayed as 0 to 100%. When it reaches 0%, jobs
cannot be published.
