n The stack of discs is not loaded above the dotted red line in the stacker.
n The number of discs in the stacker does not exceed the limit specified for that disc.

n The product is on a flat, stable surface that extends beyond the base in all directions. The
product will not operate properly if it is tilted.
Writing/Reading Problem (Only for PP-100III/PP-50II)
Cannot Write to/Read from the Disc
Avoid using the product where dust or smoke is abundant. It may result in write/read error.
If a disc write/read error occurs frequently, check the following:
n The disc is not damaged.
n The disc is high-quality.
n The disc session has been closed.
n The product is used within acceptable environmental conditions.
n The product is not subject to vibration or shock.
n The fan filter is not clogged with dust.
n The printer tray is not dirty.
n The drive has not reached the end of its service life.
n If another USB device is connected to the PC during disc publishing, the connection between
the PC and product may be temporarily broken and a write error may occur. Connect the USB
device after disc publishing is completed.
