  If your Epson printer isn't loading paper correctly, several factors could be at play. The use of third-party media may be the reason, and Epson recommends using EPSON media. Alternatively, the edge guide might be mis-set, requiring you to re-set it. There may be foreign material obstructing the paper path, which needs to be removed. A part may have come off and needs re-installation. The LD Roller, Retard Roller, or Change Lever might be damaged, requiring replacement of the respective part.
