4.2.17 Removing Compression Spring 3.15
1. Remove the TPU CR Motor Unit. See Section 4.2.16 on page 63.
2. Remove the two C.P.F.P. M3 x 8 screws that secure the TPU Driven
Pulley Unit, and remove the unit together with the Compression
Spring 3.15.
3. Remove the Compression Spring 3.15 from the TPU Driven Pulley
Unit.
4. Remove the E-ring and then remove the Driven Pulley from the
Driven Pulley Unit

Install the four TPU CR Motor Dampers as shown in
the figure below.

Route the TPU CR Motor Cable through the notch as
shown in the figure below.

R E Q U I R E D
Whenever the TPU Tension Holder or the TPU CR Motor
Holder is replaced, G-26 grease must be applied to the
specified points.
