4.2.7 Removing the Motors
4.2.7.1 CR Motor
1. Remove the Upper Housing.
For Stylus Photo 1400/1410: See section 4.2.1.4 on page 80.
For Stylus Photo 1390: See section 4.3.1 on page 128.
2. Release the Carriage lock, and move the Carriage Unit to the center.
See section 4.2.1.3 on page 79.
3. Disconnect the CR Motor Connector Cable from the Relay Connector.

4. Push the Driven Pulley toward the center to loosen the CR Drive Belt, and remove
the CR Drive Belt from the CR Motor Pinion Gear.
5. Remove the two C.B.S. 3x4 screws that secure the CR Motor, and remove the CR
Motor from the Main Frame.

Face the Lot No. printed surface of the CR Motor as shown in
Figure 4-134.

Tighten the screws in the order shown in Figure 4-133.
