Paper or ID Card Is Jammed
When the roll paper is jammed
Follow the steps below to remove jammed roll paper.
1
Turn off the product.
See "Turning Off" on page 73.

Open the roll paper cover.
See "Opening the Roll Paper Cover" on page 74.

Remove the jammed paper.

Close the roll paper cover.
CAUTION
Do not touch the thermal head, because it can be very hot after printing. Let it cool
before you remove the jammed paper.
