Chapter 6 Replacement of the TM-T82
Paper Width
TM-T82: Can be changed from 80 to 58 mm by installing the included 58-mm width paper guide.
TM-T82X: There are two types: one dedicated to 80mm width and the other to 58mm width.
Note: Available models may differ depending on the area.
IP Address Setting
The IP address setting method for the Ethernet model of the TM-T82X has been changed from the manual to
automatic method.(*) The IP address is now automatically assigned to the printer when it is connected to the
DHCP server. If the printer is not connected to the DHCP server, the fixed IP address (192.168.192.168) is
assigned in one minute after the printer is powered on.
*: Some models use manual setting.
