4.5.3 Internal Standards: <click> the Internal Standards tab and the popup will appear as
shown in Figure 4p.

Prime: To prime the internal standards vessels <click> the Prime tab and
a popup will appear as shown in Figure 4q. Select the appropriate vessel(s)
to prime. <click> the Prime tab to prime the internal standard vessel.
NOTE: It may take more than one prime to completely fill the internal
standard pick up line(s). Two primes are recommended.
