REPLACING AND ADJUSTING THE RIGHT SIDE SWEEPING BRUSH

To replace the brush, proceed as follows:
Position the brush in idle condition by means of the control pos. 1;
Stop the machine on a flat section of floor, engage the parking brake, switch off the machine and interrupt the power
supply.
Using a specific wrench, loosen the screw pos. 2, remove the brush pos. 3 from the gear motor shaft.
Remove the flange pos. 4 from the old brush and fit it on the new one.
Fit everything back together again.
The pressure of the brush on the floor is adjusted by means of the handwheel pos. 5:
By tightening the handwheel, the pressure drops.
By loosening the handwheel the pressure of the brush on the floor increases.
