Position the machine on a flat section of floor with
the side brush plate lowered and engage the parking
brake; remove the battery connector
Remove the screws and the relevant washers
(pos. 1)
Remove the plate (pos. 2) and the bumper
(pos. 3)
Release the tie-rod (pos. 4)
Remove the splashguard (pos. 5) from its seat:
lift in at the opposite point with respect to
block position (pos. 6) just enough for it to
come out, by pushing in the direction of the
arrow, from the guide slit (pos. 7).
Remove the screws (pos. 8), remove the plate
(pos. 9), remove the nylon reinforcement
(pos. 10) and then the inner blade (pos. 11)
and the external blade (pos 12).
Replace the blades (pos. 11-12).
Fit everything back together again making
sure that the blades protrusion is uniform
along its entire length with respect to the
support

Remove the screws (pos. 13), remove the plate
(pos. 14), remove the blade (pos. 15)
Replace the blade (pos. 15) and fit everything
back together
