Follow the instructions below to replace or rotate the brushes:
Switch the machine off on a flat surface with the lifted brush plate and remove the key;
Insert the brake
Unloose the handwheel (pos. 1), remove the spring (pos. 2) from the pin (pos. 3).
Remove the splashguard joint (pos 4) from the pin (pos 3) and rotate the splashguard backward.
Remove the handwheels (pos 5) and the hub (pos 6)
Remove the brush (pos 7) from the hub located on the left side of the roller plate and replace it with a new one: then
remount everything following the instructions on the contrary.
ATTENTION – when remounting the brush, follow the assembly phase as indicate in the label pos 8.
To mount the left brush, follow the same instructions.
Insert the key
To activate the brushes, make sure there is water in the tank
ATTENTION: – The brushes must always be replaced together, bearing in mind that the minimum diameter is
115 mm
ATTENTION – After 40-50 working hours we recommend to invert the brushes position to even out the wear so
they can last longer
Eliminate wires or any plastic threads or any other material which are tangled with the brush.
