CLEANING THE SOLUTION DOSER CONNECTOR
The machine features a pump that regulates the flow of clean water and a metering pump that regulates the flow of
detergent.
In case of any flow blockage, make sure the nozzles indicated in pos. 1 and 2 are not blocked.
POS.1: detergent flow nozzle;
POS.2: clean water or solution flow nozzle.
To do this, proceed as follows:
Stop the machine on a flat section of floor and engage the parking brake;
Keep the side brush plate raised;
Lower the central brush plate by pressing the relevant key on the panel;
In this situation, switch off and remove the key; remove the battery connector;
NOZZLE POS. 1
Unscrew the cap (pos.3) manually;
With a piece of metal wire (Ø2-3 mm) remove any scale from the nozzle (pos.1);
Fit the cap back on;
NOZZLE POS. 2
Unscrew the cap (pos.4) manually;
Blow compressed air inside the water pipe through the hole on the hub (pos.5) until this comes out of the nozzle
(pos.2). To make the operation easier, if necessary remove the brush.
Fit the cap back on.
To start the machine again:
Fit the battery connector, insert the key and turn it in the direction of ignition;
After a few moments, the machine will automatically raise the central brush plate and will be ready to operate again.
