CHECKING OR REPLACING FUSES
To check or replace the fuses on the switchboard proceed as follows:
Bring the machine into a stop position in a flat surface area, turm the key in pos. 0 and put on the
brake;
Unplug the battery plug (see position 22);
Remove the 4 locking screws pos.13 from the fuse holder hood pos.9;
Remove the hood carefully as in the rear side of this hood there is the fuse holder pos. 12 with the relative connected
cables;
In the elctric plan there are different fuses and fuse holders that have the following functions:
Fuse holder pos.12 recognizable from the label BH: 40 A fuse PROTECTION OF BRUSH RELEASE;
TO REPLACE IT, PROCEED AS FOLLOWS:
Open the lid of the fuse holder (pos. 12) by pulling it up from the side indicated by the arrow;
Unscrew the 2 fuse locking nuts (pos. 11 );
Replace the 40A fuse (pos.10) with a fuse of equal amperage;
Reassemble the nuts and close the lid of the fuse holder
There are 7 fuses located in the fuse holder pos.7 and they have the following functions and features
POSITION 1 : 30 A fuse vacuum motor;
POSITION 2 : 5 A fuse control board and battery charger protection;
POSITION 3 : 15 A fuse positive pole protection;
POSITION 4 : 7.5 A fuse pump protection;
POSITION 5 : 3 A fuse flashing light protection;
POSITION 6 : 3 A fuse cooling fun protection;
