INSTALLING BATTERIES
CAUTION: USE PROTECTIVE GLOVES AND GOGGLES WHEN HANDLING BATTERIES, AVOIDING
ANY CONTACT WITH THE ACID INSIDE THE BATTERIES.
CAUTION: THE MACHINE'S CONTROL BOARD AND BATTERY CHARGER COME OFF THE
ASSEMBLY LINE CONFIGURED FOR USE WITH LEAD ACID BATTERIES.
IF GEL BATTERIES OR AGM BATTERIES ARE USED, THE MACHINE’S CONTROL BOARD AND THE
BATTERY CHARGER MUST BE SET. CONTACT A RESELLER OR A TECHNICIAN BEFORE MOUNTING
THESE TYPES OF BATTERIES.
Refer to the specification sheet for battery types and sizes suitable for the machine.

Follow the instructions below to
mount the batteries on the
machine:
 park the machine on a flat
surface, put on the brake and
remove the key;
 open the hood of the seat
(position 1) by releasing the
special safety hook (see position
2);
 open the dirty water tank
(position 6) by pulling it back up
until triggering the special lock;
 remove the nut pos.3;
 unplug the seat safety device
cables (position 7);
 uncoil the battery charger cable
(position 8);
 remove the screws from the
hood lock of the seat (position
4);
 remove the 3 screws pos. 5.
 Lift the hood pos.1
 Unplug the mobile connector
(position 5) from the fixed
connector (position 4);
 Remove the battery hood
(position 2) by carefully passing
the battery charger cable plug
through the slit on the plastic
(position 3);
