5. MEASURES IF THE ENERGY SUPPLY FAILS
Accident hazard due to uncontrolled lifting frame movement!
If there is a failure of the power supply to the wheel loader, e.g. failure of the engine, the drive hydraulics or the
work hydraulics, the lifting frame should be lowered immediately and carefully to the ground and the individual
control circuits of the work hydraulics relieved of residual pressure by operating the levers! For wheel loaders with
lowering brake valves, the lifting frame may only be lowered, and the residual pressure released, by trained
personnel as described in section 6. "DISCHARGING RESIDUAL PRESSURE IN HYDRAULIC SYSTEM"!
