Term/abbreviation Meaning
Pneumatics interface The pneumatics interface is the interface between the modular electrical
peripherals and the pneumatics.
RWr/RWw Analogue input and output words (16 bits) in the word range of the
CC-Link memory mapping ( register word read/register word write).
RX/RY Digital input and output data (bits) in the bit range of the CC-Link memory
mapping.
Status bits Internal inputs that supply coded common diagnostic messages.
Useful data volume Sum of the maximum possible dataset that can be occ upie d by digital and
analog inputs and outputs, of CPX modules in the corresponding address
space of the bus node.
