Valve plates with Ident. code I, 2x2/2−way valves:
With this valve va cuum is supplied via port (5).
The v a cuum is switche d to port (4) with valve coil 14.
 The operating pressure at port (1) can be used as a
reject pulse at por t (2). The operating pressure is
switched to port (2) with valve coil 12.
If the MPA−S valve terminal is also equipped with other
valves, operate this valve in a separate pressure zone
with separate exhaust channel (5).
Valves with Ident. codes W and X, 3/2−way valve:
 These valves can be supplied individually and therefore
operated in the pressure range of −0.9 ... 10 bar.
Theyare independent of supply connection (1) of the
valve terminal. The connections via which these valves
are supplied with compressed air or vacuum and via
which exhaust air is removed are shown in Tab.3/3.
The pilot air is supplied via the valve terminal.
