8.5.4 Replacing the LIN cable
8.5.4.1 Preliminary operations
A. Open the maintenance door
B. Turn off the terminal
C. Disassemble the collection trapdoor
D. Remove the ticket roll
E. Disassemble the printer
8.5.4.2 Replacement
A. Unplug the LIN cable connector (1) from the relay board and from the e-lock
assembly.
B. Cut the 2 cable ties holding the cable in the collection rack.
C. Remove the cable from the opening located at the bottom right of the collection
rack.
Replacing the LIN cable (relay board)
8.5.4.3 Installation
A. Place the LIN cable in the collection rack, then bring it up towards the maintenance
compartment.
B. Plug the LIN cable to the relay board and the e-lock assembly.
8.5.4.4 End of procedure
A. Reassemble the collection trapdoor
B. Turn on the terminal
C. Ask a collection operator to perform several collections to ensure that the terminal
works properly.
D. Close the maintenance door
