Unload and Load the Tuning Slide or Sample Slide

5 Click Load.
6 If the instrument sample window is open, a dialog box confirms that a Cover Door is
Closed. Close the sample window. Click OK.
7 Load the slide onto the stage and close the sample window.
8 After the sample is loaded, click Load Sample.
NOTE The slide moves to the home position immediately after it is loaded. The home
position is set to 14,700 µm from the left side of the inserted microscope slide and 13,300
µm from the bottom of the slide, which is considered the midpoint of the slide. The slide
coordinate system starts on the bottom left-hand corner of the slide, which represents X=0
and Y=0.
