SIDE AIRBAGS
WARNING
Use seat covers designed for seats
with side airbags. Have these fitted
by an authorized dealer.
The airbags are located inside the
seatback of the front seats. There is a label
attached to the side of the seatback to
indicate this.
The airbag will deploy during significant
lateral collisions. The airbag will not deploy
in minor lateral and frontal collisions, rear
collisions, or overturns.
SIDE CURTAIN AIRBAGS
The airbags are located over the front side
windows. There are molded badges in the
headlining above the windows to indicate
this.
The airbag will deploy during significant
lateral collisions. It will also deploy during
significant frontal angled collisions. The
curtain airbag will not deploy in minor
lateral and frontal collisions, rear collisions
or overturns.
