Before opening the device
► Set power switch to -O- if there is one
► Disconnect the device from the grid
► Disconnect the inverter from DC power
► Use a suitable measuring tool to ensure that electrically charged components (e.g. ca-
pacitors) are discharged
► Restrict access to the working area
► Implement measures to ensure that the metallic surfaces of the device cannot be
touched
► Wear suitable protective gear when inspecting/repairing the device
General These service codes are intended to help localize any errors that may occur and to help
rectify these errors on site as far as possible. The individual service codes are divided into
service classes.
Every service code provides information on:
- The reason why the service code has appeared
- Appropriate correction measures

You must contact the Solar Electronics hotline before carrying out any software up-
dates.
Depending on the serial number and firmware status, the need for updates has to be clar-
ified beforehand.
