Stapler Faults
Below describes stapler troubles when the Finished is installed.
Follow the procedures on the following pages when copies are not stapled or when
staples are bent. Contact our Customer Support Center if the problem persists after you
have tried the following solutions.
If staples are stapled on the copies in the manner shown in the figures below, contact
our Customer Support Center.
Note • Remove all the bent staple when opening the staple cartridge cover. If you do not remove
the bent staple, a staple jam may occur as a result. Use the staple cartridge cover only when
removing the bent staple.
