2.1 Summary
The user data is managed on an LDAP server which supports the X.500 directory protocol service.
This section describes the following user data.
• User Name
• Password
• E-mail Address
When using a LDAP server, set the following data on the LDAP server.
To connect the scanner to the LDAP server, login as the administrator and set the
[Network Settings] - "Login LDAP Server" and "e-Mail LDAP Server" settings.
