6.2 Setting Properties of DNS Zone
When the forward lookup zone or reverse lookup zone of the DNS server is set, each property must
be set.
Here describes the following settings.
• Setting Properties of Forward Lookup Zone
• Setting Properties of Reverse Lookup Zone
6.2.1 Setting Properties of Forward Lookup Zone
The procedure for setting properties of a forward lookup zone is as follows.
1. Select [Start] - [Administrative Tools] - [DNS].
⇒ The "dnsmgmt" screen appears.
2. Right-click on the target domain in "Forward Lookup Zones", and select "Properties".
⇒ The properties screen appears.
