Wireless LAN/Bluetooth radio components
The inst allation of a radio components not approved by Fujitsu Technology Solutions
GmbH will inva lidate the certications (CE) issue d for this device.
Switching the wireless com
ponents on and off
Slide the ON /OF F switch into the "ON"
position to activate the wireless components.

Slide the ON/OFF switch to the
"OFF" position to deactivate the
wireless components.
The Blu etooth and UMTS mod ules and the wireless LAN transmission unit (ante nna)
will also be switched off when you switch off the wireless components.
You can also deactivate the wireless c ompo nents individually in the BIOS Setup.In
order to be able to do this, you will either need to know the supervisor password
if one has been assigned, or no password must have been assigned.

components in the "Safety" manual.
Details on using Wireless LAN can be found in the online help system
included in the Wireless LAN software.
You can nd more information on h ow to use Bluetooth on the CD you
received with your Bluetooth software.
You can obtain more information on UMTS from your service provider.
