SlotExpressCard
An ExpressCard slot allows an ExpressCard/54 to be used with the computer.
Consult the documentation supplied by the ExpressCard’s manu factu rer
and follow the instructions provided.
Never use force when installing or rem oving an ExpressCard.
Make su re that no foreign objects enter the ExpressCard slot.
Inserting the card
Keep the placeholder for the slot in a safe place. When you remove the card again, you
must reinstall the place holder. This prevents foreign objects from getting into the slot.

from the notebook’s case.

► Gently push the card into the slot until you
feel it click into place. Do not use any force.
Depending o
n the particular type used, the
