Requirements
– The server has been switched off
– The power cables have been uplugged
– The housing cover has been removed
– The hot-plug fans have been removed (see Operating Manual)
Ê Remove any cables from the fan backplane.

Ê Undo the nine screws (see figure) of the fan backplane and remove it.
To install the fan backplane follow the above steps in reverse.
