Requirements
– The server has been switched off
– The power cables have been uplugged
– The housing cover has been removed
Ê Pull both hard disk modules out a little.
Ê Remove any cables from the SAS backplane.

Ê Lift the SAS backplane slightly and then take it out, unhooking it from the
fixing pins (see figure).
To install the SAS backplane follow the above steps in reverse.
