Requirements
– The server has been switched off
– The power cables have been uplugged
– The housing cover has been removed
Ê Pull all hard disk modules out a little.
Ê Remove any cables from the SAS backplane.

Ê Tilt the SAS backplane and remove it from the metal brackets (see figure) in
an upward direction.
To install the SAS backplane follow the above steps in reverse.
