4.10 Replacing the system board
Requirements
The server has been switched off
The power cables have been uplugged
The housing cover has been removed
Removing the system board
Ê Remove the memory modules as described in the Options Guide.
Ê Remove the processors as described in the Options Guide.
Ê Remove the riser card holder as described in the Options Guide.
Ê Unplug all cables from the system board.

Ê Undo all nine screws of the system board (see figure above).
Ê Push the system board about 1 cm in the direction of the housing front. This
pulls all the plug connectors out of the external connection panel.
Ê Hold the system board on both sides and lift it carefully out of the housing.
