Accessible drives Installing an accessible 5.25-inch drive

Ê Connect the data cable (1) to the accessible drive (see the cabling plans in
the Appendix).
I The DVD SATA cable (T26139-Y3928-V205) is already pre-mounted
and connected to the SATA5 port of the system board.
Ê Connect the power cable (2) to the accessible drive (see the cabling plans
in the Appendix).
Ê If necessary, connect the data cable to the system board or to a RAID
controller (see the cabling plans in the Appendix).
Ê Attach the front cover or rack front cover as described in the section
“Attaching the front cover” or in the section “Attaching the rack front cover”.
Ê Close the server, connect it to the power outlet, and switch it on as described
in the chapter “Completion”.
