● CONNECTING THE PRESSURE VERIFICATION SWTICH
Air Leak Tester
z The figure above is applied to connections when measuring under positive pressure.
z In the figure above, → indicates open to atmospheric pressure.
z The pressure verification function ensures leak tests are conducted under the specified pressure.
Site ① is to verify the TEST pressure, and site ② is for WORK pressure verification.
This function also allows checking the status of the WORK PORT manual valve. However, it may
cause testing instability.
For WORK pressure verification, consider the following;
・Do not use a mechanical pressure switch with large operation displacement.
・Use a durable switch. (The switch will be operated twice for each testing).
・When using a semiconductor pressure switch, contrive a piping system to avoid liquid intrusion.
z When using a semiconductor pressure switch, connect as follows.
If you decide to use your own pressure switch, ensure that it satisfies the following specifications.
● CONNECTING THE MANUAL VALVE STATUS VERIFICATION SWITCH
This function is designed to verify the status of the MANUAL VALVE (OPEN/CLOSE) by using the
pressure verification function.
An error will be indicated as “P.NG”.
Connect the wires as described as below when using this function together with the pressure
verification function.
